Delivery Time

The average delivery time for Oriental Balance shipments are 6 to 10 days, subject to additional time taken in case of random custom checks. Shipping time depends on your location and will be provided to you upon dispatch.

Important Information for International Customers:

1. Import taxes
You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them by your country’s import/customs authorities. Oriental Balance Limited cannot take any responsibility for processing of your order through your country’s customs.

2. Declaration of Value and Product Description
Due to international laws Oriental Balance states the full value of the your order on the shipping label minus the shipping charge.
Once you place your order Oriental Balance will send and itemized invoice along with your order mentioning the products along with the term “for personal use”.

3. Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email Address
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number and email address are full and complete. The phone number of email address may be used by our delivery company or the local post office to contact you in case of problems with the delivery of your order.

4. Customs Information
While we are making every effort for a smooth delivery of your order, Oriental Balance will not be held liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. If you are unsure, we suggest that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.

5. Returns
Please note that if your order is returned to us due to your country’s regulations, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because nobody was there to accept the delivery of your order, Oriental Balance Limited will refund the total amount of your order minus the shipping charge, and minus 20% of the order value or a minimum of HKD 250 as a re-stocking fee, whichever is larger. Oriental Balance Limited will also subtract any other outside charges that we incur during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to Oriental Balance is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) are seized by customs, there will be no credit for the order or products.

6. Credit Card Verification for first-time customers
For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. Customers placing their order for the first time from Oriental Balance may be required to provide us with additional information to verify that you are the account holder. If that is necessary, we will let you know via email with a message from us (services@orientalbalance.com).

7. Delivery Risk
All our orders are dispatched with an unique tracking number (if applicable and available) that will help you trace the status and location of your products. Oriental Balance does not bear the risk of packages being lost or not delivered due to customs, wrong address, packages being lost by delivery company and other reasons. Upon purchase the client accepts this risk and Oriental Balance does its best to support a seamless delivery. If there is ever a problem with your delivery, we will work diligently with you and our shipping carriers to get your order delivered.
