Ginger & Chinese Dates Soup

Ginger 10g, Chinese Dates 25g, fresh Shiso herb leaves 10g, some brown sugar

Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash all the ingredients
2. Soak the Chinese dates in water for 30 minutes
3. Slice the ginger and put it into a pot together with the Chinese dates
4. Add brown sugar and 500ml of water; bring to boil
5. Boil on low heat for 20 minutes; then filter out the ginger and the shiso herb leaves before serving
